Celebration #2 Cooperative and collaborative agreement between all instructional staff to embrace and practice element #16 of the Marzano Focused Teacher Evaluation Model (Organizing Students to Interact With Content). Celebration #3 Most recent school-wide professional development facilitated by 4 new instructional staff members with a focus on small group student centered instruction was well received by the broader and experienced instructional staff.
