REFLEX The Saipem Knowledge Management Digital Solution THE VALUE In REFLEX, experiences go through validation steps, establishing if it is pertinent to be a Lesson Learned to be capitalised and implemented in a dedicated improvement action plan, or remain as a Return of Experiences for dissemination purposes and re-injection into new projects. REFLEX players act from Projects to Saipem Management Level, according to a logic of growing competence in a specific process or field of expertise. This integrated solution allows the management of knowledge from its creation to its reuse as a knowledge starter pack in new activities.
