About the Awards
:
As digital skill-building has become imperative to remain
relevant, decision makers across the ecosystem are now
undertaking different initiatives to understand the availability of
skilled talent pool in our country, their proficiency levels and
accordingly not only reskill their existing employee base but
also take steps to equip the next gen of talent pool with the
required skills.
To acknowledge and recognize these organizations which are
undertaking multiple initiatives to promote digital learning and
growth, we are launching Nasscom’s first 
Digital Skills Awards.
Through these awards, nasscom wants to reward the best
digital skilling initiatives undertaken by companies either
through in-house programs or in collaboration with ecosystem
partners. 
We also 
intend to reward organizations undertaking
pervasive digital skilling, focused technology training, or any
other kinds of specialized initiatives to drive digital learning and
growth.
 
We encourage you to participate in the nasscom Digital Skills
Awards, as this would also be your chance to not only get
recognized but also to inspire other organizations to take up
similar initiatives and drive digital learning.
We will announce the names of our esteemed jury on a later
date.. Stay tuned!

CRITERIA:
Your company must be Registered in India
Submissions must be for digital skilling initiatives
Mandatory fields must be filled with the relevant details
 
Participation Fees: NONE
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Awards are open to all technology companies which includes those 
registered in
India, having a GCC in India, MNC with office in India, tech start-ups and
SME/MSME
Awards are open to NASSCOM members and non-members
You can apply for multiple categories; but for each category, you can submit a
maximum of only THREE case studies
Case studies must be in only PPT, PDF or DOC format (editable versions)

Collaterals can be submitted separately and can be in any format

This document consists of 6 questions pertaining to the Digital
Skilling initiatives undertaken by your organization. You’re
requested to present a detailed case study for every question.
You could use the 
points mentioned on top of each slide to
structure your case study.
 
Your response should be in 3 parts –
The first section should detail 
the Problem
Statement
