MISSION STATEMENT: IMPOSSIBLE The following slides include mission statements from some of our core community partners . Can you guess who they belong to?
Our mission is to provide creative, collaborative, and compassionate health care services that are responsive to the needs of our communities. HCRS!!! HINT: Core team members from this agency represent several different programs including this program whose mission statement is as follows: _______ program participants will identify and reduce obstacles to employment/education and engage in positive activities that are necessary for a successful adult life.
