Baseball Norway Norwegian Baseball Academy Foundational Principles Norwegian National Team NSBF Driven but NIF sponsored program Baseball Norway seeks to provide an advanced development environment for players 13-23 who display an above average desire to improve their ability to compete on the baseball field. Norwegian Citizens 14+ 13-23 years of age Selected through recruitment and tryouts Recommended by your coach Expanded roster refined to tourney roster Proven committment to your club Development oriented program with mandate through 2018 Consists of: Consists of: Consists of: Weekly practice to supplement club activity Goal driven repetition Weekly practice with NBA 1-2 training camps per year.   6. How to get started Identify the demand in your region. Identify and address the challenges in that region. Distance, facilities, equipment, etc . Establish a coaching staff and enroll them in NSBF s Coaching Certification program. Establish a location for training indoors and outdoors.
