  7. NORTH COBB BASEBALL North Cobb Baseball Information Proposed By-laws Amendment and Budget Review ARTICLE V OFFICERS AND BOARD SECTION 1. The officers shall be a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. These elected officers shall constitute the Executive Committee. The executive board shall be governed by majority rule. In the event of a tie vote, the Concession Coordinator will be allowed to vote. The officers will be elected from the active membership. Officers serve on a volunteer basis and shall not receive any compensation for services.

  8. NORTH COBB BASEBALL Volunteer Opportunities The NCDC operates year round, including outside of the North Cobb baseball Fall/Spring seasons. There are several activities that are required and contribute to the success of the program. Volunteers are critical to the program and it takes a lot of us to be successful! We ask that you plan to participate to the success of your player and the program by volunteering in the many activities that take place throughout the year. NORTH COBB BASEBALL HEAD COACH TOM CALLAHAN Completed physical has to be on file prior to Conditioning Conditioning activities will be held the week of January 9th 2 on 1s for returning Juniors and Seniors will be scheduled by coaches for December Long toss and running should take place on player s own until we return from winter break Players need to stay off field in December and early January Indoor may be made available a few designated times over break

TRYOUTS Tryouts begin Monday January 16 (MLK Day) for Junior and Seniors at 2:00 PM Freshman and Sophomores will try out beginning Tuesday Jan. 17 after school (no Jr./ Sr. Tuesday) No specific number of days for Tryouts Tryout length will depend on weather and number trying out No specific number has to be kept

  14. SPRING BREAK Varsity has region game on Fri. March 31 If Varsity rained out, will likely play Sat. April 1st JV will be off for Spring Break Varsity will practice Wed. April 5 and Thursday April 6 Varsity games: Fri April 7thvs. Roswell

  15. SUMMER BASEBALL Encourage our players to play on most competitive teams they can May not begin practicing until HS season is complete JV: last week of April Represent our program by doing things the right way
