Post-Graduate Clinical Social Work Fellowship - Founded in 2019 (Prior to Workforce Expansion Funds) - 2 Year Program for LMSWs - Intensive Clinical Training & Practice Directed at Independent Licensure & Addressing Workforce Shortage Issues - Didactic, Case Presentation, Supervision, & Practice Elements 4-6 hours of interdisciplinary instruction per week - 9 Current Fellows - 2 LCSW-S Supervisors Clinical Faculty - Final Stage of CSWE Fellowship Accreditation Process Main accrediting body for graduate/post-graduate Social Work education Would be 1staccredited post-graduate program in Texas, 5thnationally

Recruitment - Texas A&M School of Medicine 0 Texas Licensed Masters Level Social Workers Recruited Prior to 2019 Across Entire School - 22 Fellows recruited since 2019 Limited only by funding & infrastructure 1 in 10 applicants accepted - 8 Graduates 4 Retained within School of Medicine 3 Others practicing in Texas in Health Professional Shortage Areas - 3 LCSW-Supervisors Recruited since 2019 All moved to facilitate employment at TAMU

Programs Supported CPAN All 3 current clinicians initially were recruited through Fellowship YDSRN All interventionists are current Fellows CTRN All interventionists are current/graduated Fellows TCHATT Significant support from Fellows Outpatient Clinic Nearly all psychotherapy (over 8000 sessions) provided through Fellows

Program Data Unique Child Clients Served: 450+ Over 4000 child sessions provided More than 500 adult clients/4000 sessions provided 100% Clinical Licensing Exam Pass Rate for Fellowship Graduates National Pass Rate: 74% Texas Mental Health Graduate Program Students Supported: 25 Texas Public College MH Students Supported: 18 Of Our 9 Graduates: 3 Currently work on consortium projects 8 Currently work as clinicians in Health Professional Shortage Areas in Texas Fellowship Feedback 100% of Fellows have endorsed program positively during recent accreditation process

Expansion Opportunities Replicable System Practicing Psychiatry departments well positioned Extended Pipeline Additional NP, PA, Psychology, MFT, & Social Work students served by the same infrastructure 8 previous students have contributed clinical effort to other consortium projects All Fellows since 2020 have contributed clinical effort to other consortium projects Minor additional cost Remote Opportunities Education and Supervision could be expanded to CMH system/other providers
