  1. The Health Triangle Overall Well-being The Health Triangle maintains, defends, and repairs every cell in the body. The sum of the three products is more important than one product itself.

  3. Label your paper Physical Health 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. For each statement that follows, answer YES or NO on your paper depending upon whether the statement is true for you.

  4. Physical Health 1.)I get at least eight hours of sleep each night. 2.) I eat a well balanced diet, including a healthful breakfast each day. 3.) I keep my body, teeth, and hair clean and go to the doctor and dentist regularly.

  22. My Two Cents Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it. Staying positive is the first step in bouncing back from challenges. Identify and express your feelings appropriately. Eating well balanced meals and daily exercise will create a better you. THINK POSITIVE, ACT POSITIVE, AND YOU WILL BE POSITIVE
