2. Ethics Ethics is: an area of study that deals with ideas about what is good and bad behavior, ethics refers to standards of behavior that tell us how human beings ought to act in the different situations . a branch of philosophy dealing with what is morally right or wrong

3. Morality or Moral Morality (from the Latins moralitas "manner, character, proper behavior") is the differentiation of intentions, decisions, and actions between those that are distinguished as proper functions and those which involve the omission of proper functions: In other words, it is the disjunction between right and wrong.

4. Morality or Moral Morality can be a body of standards or principles derived from a code of conduct from a particular philosophy, religion, or culture, or it can derive from a standard that a person believes should be universal.

5. Morals and Ethics in Government Purchase Government sets norms and values in the purchasing process. Government formulated Procurement Laws, Procurement Rules, 2008. Conduct activities through this guideline is your ethics and morals. Public Public and 2006

6. Digital Bangladesh a new Dimension Government Vision is to make Bangladesh a middle income country by 2021. Inclusive ICT uses to all affairs Raise GDP value 10 and Per Capita income 2500 dollars by 2021.

8. ICT and Ethics ICT and Ethics is synonymous. ICT brings Trasparent and Accountable Government. ICT define new dimension of ethics and morals. National Integrity Strategies and ICT

9. Why Important ? Need people participation in policy and financial affairs. Need to ensure Government financial accountability. E-participation is the only way. Open Government Data is vital.

10. Your Role You are not only follower . Set new norms in accountability. Ethics and morals should be digitally transformed into activities. Aware financial benefit of using ICT means.

11. Inspiration If small eyed people can bring development why not we. Individual progress is not a progress. Keep in mind- you are a moral worker.
