Direct Drawdown via Cascade: Tier 2 Applies to Lots 1-6 only and for Services Contracts where the requirement value does not exceed 49,999 (ex VAT); or 2. WHO CAN USE Central Government Local Government Education Health This Framework provides an easy access route to pre- selected specialist providers.Each successful Framework Member has been subject to a rigorous procurement process, ensuring they offer the scope and quality of services you require. Easy Access to Pre-Selected Specialist Suppliers HOW TO USE MINI COMPETITION (> 50k: SRFT) or DIRECT DRAWDOWN (< 50k: NASF) Framework Clients may incorporate relevant Green Public Procurement (GPP) measures into specifications and Award Criteria (up to 20% of total marks) that are linked to the subject matter of the Services Contract. Good environmental practices should be employed as part of the Framework Member s normal working arrangements to contribute to energy and resource efficiency. Framework Members will be required to monitor and report on requested measurable GPP criteria where relevant to the subject matter of the Services Contract. GREEN CONSIDERATION Terms and conditions have been established and agreed. This removes the need to re-draft terms for each procurement you undertake. Agreed Terms and Conditions Framework Clients may incorporate relevant social specifications and Award Criteria (up to 20% of total marks) insofar as they are related to the subject matter of the Services Contract. Framework Members will be required to monitor and report on any measures as specified by the Framework Clients. Asbestos Surveys (MAS & RDAS) and Asbestos Sampling & Analysis Services COMMENT FRAMEWORK CODE PAS092F TENDER ID 152748 This Framework provides an easy access route to pre- selected specialist providers.Each successful Framework Member has been subject to a rigorous procurement process, ensuring they offer the scope and quality of services you require. Efficiency and Value for Money The Framework removes the need for you to conduct full procurement exercises and/or lengthy evaluation processes, saving you the considerable time and costs. All Mini Competitions will be run under the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), using maximum Ceiling Hourly Rates. Quality of service provision The service providers experience, expertise and commitment to quality was assessed and satisfactory performance will continue to be monitored on an ongoing basis. In Compliance with HSA Practical Guidelines on ACM Management and Abatement (ACMs) in Workplaces, and below legislation: Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations, 2007, (S.I. No. 820 of 2007); European Communities (Shipments of Hazardous Waste exclusively within Ireland) Regulations, 2011 (No. 324/2011); Article 33 of the Waste Shipments Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006. All Mini Competitions will be run under the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). Easy Access to Pre-Selected Specialist Suppliers CATEGORY Advisory Lot 1 Asbestos Surveys (MAS & RDAS) Management Asbestos Survey: Must locate the Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) that could be damaged or disturbed by normal activities, by foreseeable maintenance, or by installing new equipment. It involves minor intrusion and minor asbestos disturbance to make a materials assessment. Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Survey: Required where the premises, or part of it, needs upgrading, refurbishment or demolition. It is used to locate and describe all ACMs in the area where the refurbishment work will take place, or in the whole building if demolition is planned. SUMMARY Lot 2 Asbestos Air Sampling & Laboratory Analysis Services Sampling is to be conducted as part of the RDAS survey and on a case by case basis with the MAS surveys - where deemed necessary by the State Authority based on the associated risks. WHO CAN USE Central Government Local Government Education Health HOW TO USE Mini Competition Contractor may be required at SRFT stage to have a fully accredited QMS ISO/IEC 17020:1998 or equivalent. Hauliers must have a valid waste collection permit to collect hazardous waste. Architect Led Design Team Services for The Provision of Social & Affordable Residential Developments COMMENT FRAMEWORK CODE PCE111F TENDER ID 173670 This Framework provides an easy access route to pre- selected specialist providers.Each successful Framework Member has been subject to a rigorous procurement process, ensuring they offer the scope and quality of services you require. Easy Access to Pre-Selected Specialist Suppliers CATEGORY Architectural Services Architect Led Design Team Services for The Provision of Social & Affordable Residential Developments (including associated community buildings such as community facilities). The Framework was designed as a mechanism to support the overarching objectives of Housing for All and to facilitate Framework Clients in the design and earliest delivery of social and affordable housing and associated community facilities, i.e. Construction of new residential units (houses and/or apartments) to meet the needs of the relevant Contracting Authorities. SUMMARY The Framework removes the need for you to conduct full procurement exercises and/or lengthy evaluation processes, saving you the considerable time and costs. All Mini Competitions will be run under the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), using maximum ceiling Percentage Fees. The types of Specialist Skills that may be required are set out in the User Guide. OGP Reporting Requirements: Overview of sustainable elements incorporated into the design services delivered for the achievement of economy and efficiencies in design of social and affordable residential developments. GREEN CONSIDERATION Framework Clients will have discretion to implement contract management procedures and agree Service levels (SLA s) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) with the appointed service provider.
