Opportunity for State Capacity Building Crisis Behavioral Health Infrastructure The provider vetting currently underway by DHHS and VSRC staff will serve as the building block for a database of providers to be called upon in the instance of another mass victim incident. Community Capacity Building Federal grant funds will support training, i.e. mental health first aid, PTSD training, State and VSRC staff are working to identify training needs and plan trainings to take place over the term of the grant

  10. Opportunity for State Capacity Building Victim s Services Establish a centralized agency or location to send victims. State and AEAP subgrant agencies will identify how to streamline available funding and other resources Serve all victims, those of mass causality or otherwise.
