  1. 3- Part and 5- Part Analyzers DAILY Fluidic level check then startup and shutdown Cleaning & Priming (sample/reagent) Valve test/check Pressure verifications (if available) Check for condensation Weekly Waste cap replacement Cleaning of Sipper, Incubator, Aspiration station Cleaning of Rinse station Liquid flow cleaning

  2. 3- Part and 5- Part Analyzers Monthly / 2-monthly / Pinch valve replacement Clean all liquid containers Clean fluidic compartments

  3. FLOWCYTOMETER DAILY Fluidic level check then startup and shutdown Purge filter / bubble removal SIP cleaning Pressure verifications (if available) Nozzle sonication Monthly Waste cap replacement

  4. Automated GEL ELECTROPHORESIS DAILY Clean the apparatus with water and mild soap Tank Clean and Rinse Probe cleaning Cleaning of depositions Electrodes are properly fixed DO NOT Dry at high temperature Use abrasive cleaners Use rough clothes or brushes Use acetone, halogenated hydrocarbons or undiluted laboratory achocols (over 30%) for cleaning

  5. Automated GEL ELECTROPHORESIS WEEKLY Verify the power supply voltages with Multimeter (if possible daily) Clean the electrodes/nodes Clean if any salt depositions found

  6. MICRO HEMATOCRIT DAILY Use disinfectant towel or cloth with non-corrosive disinfectant for lid and other parts of centrifuge After cleaning, dry with soft tissue or cloth DO NOT Use abrasive cleaners, bleach, corrosive solvents, etc Spill liquid inside the electronics

  7. MICRO HEMATOCRIT WEEKLY Inspect the tube holder Inspect the lid, lid gasket and any other wear & tear items Apply electronic grease or white grease before re-fixing the rotor MONTHLY Remove the rotor and clean with disinfectant Ensure rotor is completely dry before fixing it Apply electronic grease or white grease before re-fixing the rotor
