Long term and short term plan Ownership commitment East Coast Golf Management commitment Hunter s Creek commitment HC HOA currently has a 1 year agreement - $160,000 Paid quarterly (3 payments of 4 received) Hunter s Creek ownership, management & HOA need to commit to long term plan moving forward 12

Hunters Creek How do we get there? 2018 2020 Social Membership Year 1 = $228,500 Year 2 = $228,500 Year 3 = $228,500 Numbers are based on 457 lots x $500 each Membership Details: 15% of HOA Fees escrowed in Capital Account approved by both Club & HOA ($34,750 per year) Year 1 & Year 3 monies to be allocated July 2018 Pending capital projects Repair select tennis courts Renovate Tennis Clubhouse for Fitness Purchase Fitness equipment Course improvement plan to begin Hunter s Creek HOA may OPT out of agreement if Annual agreed upon capital projects has not been completed. 13
