Define Permission and Obtain Consent Define Permission and Obtain Consent Your permission or consent is a basic requirement prior to undertaking a survey of any kind. You are not, under any circumstances, forced to participate in this process. You need to declare you have voluntarily agreed to participate in the survey. You need to select the I consent to the above and wish to proceed statement. If you choose to decline the survey invite then simply close the survey window. Candidate Brief Candidate Brief - - Mechanical & Engineering (M & E) Mechanical & Engineering (M & E) Review a series of 10 Asset images, one at a time. Against each image there are four sections, each section requires a response:- Asset Name / Description(Multiple choice requiring one answer) Assets Functionality(Multiple choice requiring one answer) Associated Child Assets or Components(Multiple choice requiring one or several answers) Describe specific aspects to look for in order to assess condition(Multiple choice requiring one or several answers) Shape, arrow Description automatically generated
Candidate Brief Candidate Brief - - Fabric Fabric Review a series of 10 Asset images, one at a time. Each of these images show a fabric asset which requires either repair or remedial attention. Against each image there are three sections, each section requires a response:- Asset Type (Multiple choice requiring one answer) Likely Fault (Multiple choice requiring one or several answers) Remedial Work Required (Multiple choice requiring one or several answers) Shape, arrow Description automatically generated
Candidate Brief Candidate Brief Accuracy & Transcription Accuracy & Transcription This survey has two sections:- Accuracy A set of five questions in which the first line is the correct format representing a description, image reference, barcode or serial number. You are required to match the correct formation from a list of six possible responses. Only one response per question is required. Transcription A set of five questions requiring you to transcribe the written word into a computer program through the keyboard. This covers Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number, Notes, Image Reference, Barcode, Detailed Description and Location Description. Origin of Questions Origin of Questions Mechanical & Engineering and Fabric questions depict a series of typical workplace asset images. The questions have been written by highly experienced industry engineers and project managers. Accuracy & Transcription questions have been created from actual asset survey databases where errors were identified and required correcting prior to client handover. Timescales Timescales You should be able to complete each survey within the allotted time which is:- Mechanical & Engineering 40 minutes Fabric 45 minutes Accuracy & Transcription 30 minutes Time required to read the Consent Statement and these guideline notes will not be included in the above time periods. So prepare at leisure then concentrate on responding. The clock starts once you have accessed the Personal Details page. Evaluation Evaluation Who and How Your responses will be matched against a set of predefined answers. These answers have been compiled from industry experts, FM Managers and project managers. Results Report How The Results Will Be Used Assets55 Limited will evaluate the initial responses.
