Tools that enable Success Create SMART Goals S specific, significant, stretching M measurable, meaningful, motivational A attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented, agreed upon R realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented T time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable Many people fail in life, not for lack of ability or brains or even courage, but simply because they have never organized their energies around a goal. -Renowned American philosopher and writer Elbert Hubbard
Tools that enable Success Write your goals down Identified as a commonality in the 3% of Harvard MBAs who make 10x more than the other 97% combined.
Tools that enable Success Tell people about your goals Who would you tell?? Acquaintance vs Close Friend Find somebody with a vested interest in your success not your failure. Telling others about your goals creates an element of accountability Accountability eliminates your ability to fail in silence which is powerful.
