Precontemplation = Awareness Contemplation = Insight Preparation = Planning Action = Make the move Maintenance = Long-term effort

Self awareness can be: Liberating or Met with defenses Denial Excuses We need information and hope.
Contemplation Well, maybe. To change or not to change? Search for certainty. Act too soon.

Preparation Action plan Multiple methods Social/financial support Reinforcement Learn skills Share commitment and plan Create support network So okay. What do I do now?

This training provided a new and effective way for me to approach change in my life. The time spent was well worth it. I would like my co-workers to take part in this training.
