Success Story of GTA's Registered Apprenticeship Program
GTA's transformation from a government telephone company to a competitive technology firm led to the establishment of a successful Registered Apprenticeship Program in 2008. Through partnerships and a commitment to employee training, GTA has seen growth in apprentice enrollment and expanded occupational offerings. The program has resulted in skilled graduates, increased job satisfaction, and benefits for both employees and the company.
