Looker Access Privileges & Responsibilities Looker Access Privileges & Responsibilities As an approved Administrative Volunteer, you have access to personal data from Girl Scout members in your area to help you better fulfill your volunteer role. Treat personal data with care. How would you want your personal information treated? Personal data should not be downloaded or shared with unapproved volunteers, or with outside individuals or organizations. Refer such requests to your council for processing.

  12. How to log in? How to log in? You should receive (or may have already received) an email from your council inviting you to create a username and password to access Looker. No email or can't access Looker? Contact your council's customer care or helpdesk. (check your local website for a link!) Log in and practice accessing the reports available for your service unit. Compare the current membership data with previous year's information and think about how you can leverage this information to boost recruitment, provide great events, or encourage girls to stay involved in Girl Scouting over time
