The 2015-16 Fall Census will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, the same day as the Annual School Program Survey. The 2015-16 reclassification count will be determined by the number of students reclassified from October 1, 2014 to October 7, 2015. The word "Missing" is displayed if the primary language (L1) is missing. The word "Missing" is displayed if the current Language classification is missing. The word "Missing" is displayed if the official Initial CELDT Date is missing. The word "Missing" is displayed if the Initial Language Classification (ILC) is missing. The word "Missing" is displayed if student has a LEP or IFEP classification and the student s official Initial CELDT test results are missing six student's Initial Language Classification (ILC). a. The L1 will be displayed in italics if L1 is in conflict with the Classification (ILC) or L1: The word "Missing" is displayed if the Initial Language Classification Date is missing. The Initial CELDT Date is displayed in italics if it is earlier than the student's E7 date. The word Missing is displayed if the current Language Classification is RFEP, but RFEP date is missing. The ILC is displayed in italics if it is in conflict with the student's L1. If the student's L1 is not English, administer the Initial CELDT and enter the interim ILC and ILC date. Correct the E7 code as needed for a newly enrolled student. Check to ensure that Initial CELDT was administered. If yes, check with SIB (213) 241- 2450. If incorrect, fax problem and original HLS to School Information Branch (SIB), fax # 213-241-8969. Check student's HLS. Enter L1 if missing.
