An interview, in a very broad sense, is a conversation between two or more people where the interviewer attempts to elicit information from the interviewee That Information is of knowledge, aptitude, attitude, team working abilities, open to learn, decision making abilities, communication skills, time management skills by the employers for anyone who deems himself/ herself eligible for the saidposition.
