Concurrent Enrollment *Non-refundable application fee USU: $50.00 Weber State: $30.00 *Late Fee $15 enrollment fee $100 late registration fee (class) *Fee Per College Credit $5.00 flat fee for each college credit Example: 3 credit class = $15.00/ 4 credit class = $20.00 *Fee Waivers DO NOT APPLY 3.0 gpa requirement *This is the start of your college transcript. Take it seriously. If dropping a class it s the student s responsible to drop class during the 1stweek of class *If classes are not dropped on time: W and/or possibly an F will be recorded on the official college transcript. (Warning, Probation, Suspension)

Will you be the first to graduate from college in your family? *We have a first generation scholarship to help you cover the expense of admission ($50), class charges ($15/$20 each), and books ($ varies). *Please come see your counselor to fill out a form. * If you are interested or on-track for the Opportunity or NCAA scholarship and want more information, talk to your counselor.

  4. OPPORTUNITY Scholarship ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS 1. Earn a 3.3 cumulative high school GPA 2. Complete 3 advanced courses 3. Complete 1 Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or Concurrent Enrollment (CE) course in each of the core areas of high school graduation: math, science, and language arts 4. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) 5. Graduate from a Utah high school 6. Be a US citizen or a non-citizen eligible for federal financial aid *See your counselor with questions and planning

NCAA Division 1 Core Course Requirements 4 years Language Arts 3 years of Math (Secondary Math 1 or higher) 2 years of natural/physical science one being a lab science 1 year of additional English, Math or Natural/Physical Science 2 years of Social Sciences 4 years of additional courses (from the any area above, foreign language or non-doctrinal comparative religion/philosophy)

  7. Bridgerland 1. If you are on track to graduate, which means you have taken all your required classes 2. Is an option for juniors to go to Bridgerland during their junior year, but .. Will only be a 3rd trimester option Scheduled after you meet with your counselor and parents

  8. Must have 3 alternate classes on the back of the page. (if there is conflict scheduling all your choices) Classes with *Asterisks* need an application. Applications will be in the back of the room Must have 18 classes chosen Need a counselor to verify your selections before you are dismissed There may be an open window. Changes are based on availability and options will be limited. Pick wisely.
