2. IN-FLY srl was founded in May 2014 as the rental of the business unit of Korall srl - I.M.M.C. Snc. The rent includes the transfer of employees with thirty years experience (IMMC) and all the equipment listed below. After a profound restructuring and reorganization, during the year IN-FLY Srl acquires the machinery and the business unit allowing it to be today perfectly autonomous. Our company, at this time, is mainly dedicated to the aerospace industry and it is specialized in the manufacture of various mechanical parts and assemblies on customer s specifications by machining. For example we are historically (IMMC) manufacturers of pistons, bushings, valve bodies, valve, spring guide, nipple, rods, screw, fittings design on customer specific and still be able to build any particular design. The quality of the finished product is guaranteed and certified by the chain of our suppliers, materials (aluminum, steel, bronze, titanium), treatments (galvanic, thermal, etc.), Processes (rolling, grinding, hot pressing, etc.), not destructive testing (NDT, liquid penetrant, magnetic inspection, etc.) and destructive test (Metallographic controls).

Our strenght is given by the small size of the company that allow us flexibility and adaptability to the needs of our customers, by managing batches that can range from 5 to 50 - 50 to 100 lots and over 100 pieces maintaining unchanged the quality of the product and ensuring a right price. The company during the years has specialized exclusively in the aeronautical sector. Our energy, our development and our capacity are therefore concentrated on product quality, on time delivery and continuous improvement.

7. OUR metrology room is manteined at constant temperature and humidity level. In this room : - CMC Brawn and Sharpe (DEA Mistral) for Three-dimensional measurements, - Profiles Projector Mitutoyo PH414 - Roughness instrument Mitutoyo -Gauges, micrometers, comparators, measuring columns -Durometer All control equipments several manteined and calibrated at the deadline, as it reported on the quality manual, at external laboratories certified Accredia.

8. Accurate checks are performed in-house throughout every stage of the machining cycle. Materials are sourced only from selected suppliers, who have been assessed and approved in accordance with purpose-designed procedures. Upon their arrival at the facility, raw materials are identified and checked using appropriate methods in order to guarantee their conformity to the usage envisaged. During the machining process, scrupulous dimensional checks are carried out at the frequencies envisaged by the control cycles drawn up for each individual part being processed. These checks are carried out using cutting-edge instrumentation, which undergoes constant metrological verification operations. any machining not carried out in-house (surface treatments) are defined by purpose devised specifications and final checks are also carried out on the parts. to carry out checks on geometrically sophisticated parts, IN-FLY Srl owns several DEA 3d machines: a durometer, a microscope, various enlargement devices, profile projectors, a thickness gauge, smooth and threaded buffers, threaded rings, millesimal internal and external micrometers.
