  3. Our vision for pupils with SEND Our vision for pupils with SEND We have a strong ethos of inclusion at our school. Every child at Gorse Hall is treated as a unique individual and we will consider all their needs and requirements.

  4. Ms Suleman Ms Suleman Deputy Deputy Headteacher Headteacher & & SENCo Completed the statutory NASENCo post graduate course in 2018 SENCo I teach Year 6 for two days a week and run interventions for UKS2 for one day a week I work closely with the staff at Gorse Hall to support pupils with SEND. I also liaise with external agencies to ensure the highest level of support is in place for our pupils I am really pleased to be working with Tameside s SEND Team to assess pupils referred for statutory assessment (EHCP) I communicate regularly with parent carers of pupils with SEND And I love chocolate!

Mrs Rowe Mrs Rowe Special Educational Needs Special Educational Needs Assistant Assistant I have been an SSA for 2 years providing support for pupils with SEND in class and provide interventional support out of class During lunchtimes, I run nurture sessions for identified pupils to support the development of social, emotional and mental health I have worked with children and babies for 39 years as an NNEB And I love dancing!

Mrs Sandilands Mrs Sandilands Special Educational Needs Special Educational Needs Assistant Assistant I provide support for pupils with SEND in class and provide interventional support out of class in order to best meet their individual needs My expertise lies with supporting the development of pupils with SEND I liaise closely with all members of staff particularly the SEND Team I have worked with parents and pupils with an EHCP

Mrs Abbott Mrs Abbott Special Educational Needs Special Educational Needs Assistant Assistant I provide support for pupils with SEND in class and provide interventional support out of class in order to best meet their individual needs I work in the nursery every morning I liaise closely with all members of staff particularly the SEND Team and staff I organise whole school events such as the Carnival Float and the Gorse Hall s Got Talent And I love Robbie Williams!!!
