Enhancing Online Enrollment for Public Health Programs in Oklahoma
The Oklahoma State Department of Health faces challenges such as budget cuts and decreased staffing levels affecting client eligibility for healthcare programs. To address this, an Eligibility Analyst Pilot program was introduced across eight counties. The pilot aimed to increase enrollment in SoonerCare/SoonerPlan by assessing eligible clients efficiently through a new online enrollment application.
