  5. Who has to be enrolled in SUPER? 4-H members Volunteers for all program areas County Agriculture Committee FCE members All Advisory Councils Master Gardeners Anyone that is on a mailing list TNCEP Coalition members & partners Participants in fee-based programs

  6. Enrollment is a Team Effort Administrative Assistants often enter most of enrollment Extension Agents provide enrollment forms Lists Communication is the key Discuss strategies for naming and organizing Enrollment Update groups as needed throughout the year

  7. Enrollment Manage Manage is the first place to start in enrollment Setup Clubs & Groups Interests, Activities, Awards, Committees Standard items should be used for enrollment whenever possible Unit items are specific to your county and are sometimes necessary

Enrollment Search Is used to verify the person you want to enroll is not in the system important so no duplicates are enrolled Enroll Choose Adult or Youth in drop down Enrollment menu The items with a red * are required 4-H Youth Development Clubs and Groups must have residence, grade & date of birth information Additional options available (Interests, Volunteerism, Committees, Activities, Awards, & Courses/Events)

  11. Enrollment Filter The filter feature can be used to pull out data for a report, mailing labels, and more. Verify volunteer status Find activities, awards, types, etc. Racial/ethnic makeup for clubs Mailing lists for Civil Rights

  12. Interests = Mailing Lists There has never been a better time to update mailing lists in SUPER than right now. All Interest lists in SUPER should appear as Mailing Lists in the Annual County Civil Rights Report.
