Employee Satisfaction Survey Analysis at ACAD Finance: April 2016
ACAD Finance conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey in April 2016 to assess employee satisfaction levels. The survey, designed by the SPM Officer and HR Officer, focused on job satisfaction benchmarks and methodology. After analysis by an SPSS specialist, the data revealed insights on gender and work experience. Out of 49 employees, 44 filled the survey, leading to valuable findings for performance management at ACAD Finance.

ACAD Finance Social Performance presentation (Employee Satisfaction Survey). Presented by: SPM Officer and Internal Auditor. April/ 2016.
The purpose of the survey: To evaluate the general satisfaction of the employees; and, The survey is part performance management that ACAD seeks to implement. of the social
Benchmarks were divided into 3 parts: Job satisfaction regarding self-realization and appreciation, and includes 4 sub- questions. Job satisfaction environment, and questions. Methodology and criteria of the survey: Preparing and filling the survey: The survey was designed by the SPM officer and the HR officer in the company. The survey was discussed in a meeting with the SPM and HR officer, headed by the management team and the final version was approved. The survey was circulated to consideration the confidentially by not writing down their own names on the survey, and making sure that every employee has filled the survey by signing on a special sheet that consists of all employee names. all the employees, taking into
After filling the survey by the branch employees, it was sent to the HQ in closed envelops, and was received then signed by the HR officer, and was delivered to the SPM officer and the internal auditor. 44 out of 49 employees have filed the survey as the employees whom have not filled the survey are the: Executive manager; 2 female employees who, were in maternity leaves; 1 employee quit her job at the same time of filling the survey; and, 1 employee who was newly hired.
Analyzing the survey: The Internal Auditor sent the survey to an SPSS specialist, who processed the data, information and percentages on the SPSS System which concluded the following analysis as presented in the following tables.

The Company encourages work with the team spirit. 3. 72.73% 4. 70.91% If a staff member has a complaint, he/she feels that he/she has full and absolute freedom to talk with his/her senior official or director/manager. The Administration takes the complaints and suggestions of its employees seriously into consideration.
