Effective Bid Evaluations for E-Rate Process Step Two
In the E-Rate process step two, bid evaluations play a crucial role. After posting an FCC Form 470 and waiting 28 days, evaluating bids based on cost is essential. This process involves assessing eligible and ineligible prices, considering cost-effectiveness, and adhering to specific rules and criteria to choose the most suitable bid. Different factors, such as history with the vendor, installation costs, and technical specifications, influence the evaluation process.
