Submitted the Distinguished Toastmaster Award in District 121 during the program year 2024 - 2025 and the same will be verified on the dashboard. LONG STANDING TOASTMASTER AWARD Award Criteria 1. Be a paid member of a club in good standing in District 121. 2. Should have completed "active" membership in Toastmasters for 10 years. Award Deadline 30 April, 2025 Awarded At Annual District Conference, Crescendo 2025
OUTSTANDING TOASTMASTER AWARD Award Criteria 1. Be a paid member of a club in good standing in District 121. 2. Must have contributed toward the District Mission - "We build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence". 3. The recipients of the Outstanding Toastmaster award are decided by the District Director (2024 - 2025) considering inputs from the District Leadership Team. 4. Retention Excellence Award Criteria 1. Awarded to clubs with a minimum of 80% retention of members in both renewal cycles. 2.The club is required to have a membership of at least 20 or base plus 5. Star Trainer Award Criteria Members who deliver five or more educational sessions in District 121, in unique clubs other than their home clubs. Award Deadline 30 April, 2025 Awarded At Shipped directly to members.
Champion Mentor Award Criteria Members who mentor five or more individuals in District 121, from clubs other than their home clubs. Award Deadline 30 April, 2025 Awarded At Shipped directly to members.
Super 7 Award Criteria Clubs from which all seven club officers get trained during both half-year terms through District-sponsored Club Officer Training Program. Award Deadline 28 February, 2025 Awarded At Division Meet

Champion Club Incubation Program Advisor Award Criteria CIP advisor appointed for struggling clubs (with base membership between 13-19) during the program year 2024-2025. Eligibility The CIP volunteer should be on the official roster of District 121 in Toastmasters Dashboard. Clubs under CIP Program achieving Distinguished status or better & minimum 1 DCP point shall be from membership addition. Clubs must have a minimum membership of 20 or Base+5 after April 2025 renewals.
Champion Club Incubation Program Advisor Award Deadline 30 April, 2025 Awarded At Shipped directly to recipient
Member Sponsor Award Criteria Member sponsoring 3 or more members who could be added to any club in District 121 (not necessarily the same club). Members who are thus added should have completed membership renewals till March 31, 2025 Start date for new member/s to be between July 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024 Transfer members are not included. Individual Sponsors are required to submit the details of the sponsored members, via Google form, to Club Growth Director s Office, Sponsor should be a member in good standing of a club in D121.

New LEADer Award Criteria Member in good standing of a club in D121 providing a lead that eventually gets chartered into a club and does not earn the Club Sponsor credit. (Current serving District officers are not eligible for this) Lead to be submitted to the CGD office, through Google form provided. The new club lead should eventually get chartered to a Club on or before June 30, 2025 Award Deadline 30 June, 2025 Awarded At Shipped directly to recipient
Golden Growth - District Leader Award Award Criteria New Club chartered in Golden Quarter 1 (July 01 2024 - September 30, 2025) Award AREA DIRECTOR will win additional INR 1250 per new club, to be used towards Area Contest DIVISION DIRECTOR will win: INR 2500 per two clubs in his/her division, to be used towards Division Meet INR 5000 for 4 or more clubs in the Division, to be used towards Division Meet Award Deadline 30 September, 2024
Linkers Champion Award Criteria Minimum of 2 and max of 4 clubs of D121 should participate in the Linkers meet. Maximum of 1 linkers meet per quarter. Every Linker meet should be with a different club of D121. Equal distribution of roles between all participating clubs. Clubs that conduct 3 Linkers meet in the year. Eligibility Clubs to submit Linkers meet detail, with poster, agenda and photo within 15 days of conduting the same.

Open House Champion Award Criteria Clubs that conduct Open House in the program year 2024-25 and add 8 or more members within 45 days of Open House.
