6. Maintenance Checklist - Cleaning - Air on/off temperatures - Electrical checks - Water filter - Water pressure - G3 tank serive (UK only) - Switch box - Booster heater - Software Check installer reference guide for complete maintenance.
6. Maintenance Cleaning - Clean any dirt from the outdoor unit - Casing - Fins - Straighten fins - 3 Title - Internal use only
6. Maintenance Air on/off temperatures When in heating, the outdoor unit should extract around 5oc from the air A low temperature difference could be due to a dirty/blocked heat exchanger or refrigerant problems - - Air in Temperature eg. 10oc Air out Temperature eg. 7oc 4 Title - Internal use only
6. Maintenance Electrical checks - Check all electrical terminals are secure - Outdoor unit - Controle box - Option box - BUH kit - Tank 5 Title - Internal use only
6. Maintenance Water filter - Remove water filter (see Service manual for removal procedure) Clean water filter with water - 6 Title - Internal use only
6. Maintenance Water pressure - Check if the water pressure is between 1 and 1,5 bar when the system is cold Add water/glycol when the pressure is too low Activate the unit in heating mode and make sure the pressure does not rise above 3 bar If the pressure rises above 3 bar, check the expansion vessel pressure and adjust if aplicable - - - 7 Title - Internal use only

Maintenance G3 tank service (UK only) - Visually check the installation to ensure it conforms to all G3 regulations Check the pressure controls and relief valves are operating correctly, outlets are not leaking or blocked and can discharge in a safe manner Check the temperature controls are in good operational order Inspect all key safety devices Assess the general cylinder condition and ensure the labelling was completed on installation - - - - 8 Title - Internal use only
