  8. Presentation of Accounts As of 18 November 2023, the Colwall Greener bank account has a cash surplus of 126.01. November 2022 to November 2023, income was generated as follows: Membership fees: 166.50 Event tickets: 44 Donations: 200 Grant from local authority: 1,000 Expenditure was principally on Eco-festival in November 2022, where costs of materials and fees for services such as printing totalled 1,163.52. For Live Green event on 21 October 2023, we purchased a banner ( 130.80). Sum-up device to be organised. Current venue is free of charge. 2024 priority - mechanism for tracking membership/renewal payments.

  9. Election of Co-ordinating Committee 2023/24 The Co-ordinating Committee posts are open for re-election. Co-ordinating Committee: Convenor: Incumbent Hannah Wall. Secretary: Post vacant one nomination received. Membership Secretary: Incumbent Helen Heathfield. Treasurer: Incumbent Andrew Glazzard. Committee member without portfolio: Responsible for assisting the Co-ordinating Committee with events and projects as their time permits. Post vacant.

  14. Thoughts on 2024 Focus on understanding what climate change is and how our actions make a difference. Remit distinct from COG; subject to discussion, focus on areas other than nature/biodoversity such as housing stock/energy. Fewer talks/events but more comprehensive/relevant/focused. Future talks/events to be broadly quarterly rather than monthly. Newsletter to monthly as it has a consistently high click rate + The Clock

Ideas for 2024 Retrofit event Home energy efficiency (loan out thermal camera) Local politics hustings re general election Regenerative farming Local food focus Regular monthly drop in sessions at library (different time/weekend attracts different people) Production of leaflet about the things people can do to live sustainably Collaboration with village/non-village groups such as Castlemorton, Hellens Caf Library of Things Whatsapp group Connect people with gardens with people who wish to grow things Further films Recyle, Reuse Repair event (Children s) second-hand clothes and toys monthly pop up?
