ELENA Grants: Supporting Sustainable Investments for a Greener Future
"ELENA grants provide support for various sustainable investments, including sustainable energy projects, residential renovations, sustainable urban transport initiatives, and more. With a minimum investment requirement of 30 million, ELENA focuses on mature projects with investment returns within 3/4 years. Public and private entities, as well as central government agencies and energy associations, can benefit from ELENA's assistance in driving positive environmental impact and innovation. Beyond business as usual, ELENA is paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future."

ELENA ELENA avustuksen avustuksen kautta lis lis mahdollisuuksia mahdollisuuksia kautta Suomessa monet alat ty skentelev t aktiivisesti energiatehokkuuden parantamiseksi ja hiilidioksidip st jen minimoimiseksi esimerkiksi vapaaehtoisen energiatehokkuussopimusten kautta. Esimerkiksi kuntasektorilla energiatehokkuussopimuksen solmineissa kunnissa asuu 77 prosenttia Suomen asukkaista. ELENA avustus voisi mahdollisesti tukea jo k ynniss olevaa ty t ja vauhdittaa rakennusten korjaamista julkisella sektorilla, jos sit k ytett isiin kuntien ja kuntaryhmien v lineen yhteisten hankkeiden kehitt misess . Alueellisten ELENA-hankkeiden kehitt misen mahdollistamiseksi tarvitaan ajantasaista tietoa itse ELENA avustuksesta ja sen k yt nn n j rjestelyist , esimerkkej erilaisista, erityisesti konsortioiden toteuttamista hankkeista sek kuntien yhteishankkeiden helpottamista paikallis- ja aluetasolla.
