Budget Prep Fixes HCM Import: Fixed to use OneUSG Job and Position instead of Financials tables Added check for if a position was not imported 4
Budget Prep Fixes HCM Export: Corrected Distributed Flag to be N Adjusted Funding End Date load to staging tables. Export will now look up date from Combo Code instead of pushing date from Budget Prep 5
Budget Prep Fixes HCM Export: Added new Export flag that locks edits but allows Export process to run again Fixed rounding for comp rates to consistently round to six places previously was rounding to two places in an intermediate step 6
Budget Prep Fixes Update Personal Services: Corrected Splits by Date Users must fund all begin/end date combinations: 7
Budget Prep Fixes Update Personal Services: Added search fields for Paygroup and Jobcode Fixed validation for multiple earn codes on JED entries Can now fund an earn code at 100% and REG at 100% on Dept % 8
Budget Prep Fixes Update Grants: Fixed issue where the fund was resetting to 20000 if the Project was viewed again after a prior change Grants Inquiry: Optimized underlying view Corrected totals and subtotals on page 9
Budget Prep Fixes Reset Raise Effective Date: Corrected 10 Month proration Fringe Update: Resolved Unique Constraint issue if JED entries are involved 10
Budget Prep Fixes Merit Fast Entry: Corrected raise proration to allow for multiple raise dates Added back to the Budget Prep Data Update menu 11
Budget Prep Fixes Budget Prep Load: Fixed Job Entry Date and Department Entry Date update logic Fixed ABBR Update logic Fixed issue where HP_USED_DISTRIBUTN was hardcoded to Y Fixed issue where DBT rows with multiple earnings codes were not loading correctly Added DBE Report to Report Only mode 12

MCOP Issues Export: Positions with the JED Flag set to Y will not successfully load Job data to OneUSG Position and Department Budget Table will still load correctly 18
