Budget Reconciliation BestCare revised request Rimrock Trails Treatment Services revised request $352,855 Revised request: Under/Over Allocation $1,501,318 $1,854,173 $0 Additional budget considerations: Ideal Option vacated the Crook County BHRN due to their inability to find office space in the County. BestCare reduced by 12.7% totaling $218,943 Reduced $188k (3 FTE) and $30k in office supplies Rimrock Trails Treatment reduced by 10.9% totaling $43,145 Reduced $10k in personnel costs and $33k in office supplies. 5
