  2. District Feedback What did you think? What has been the impact? How have you been able to implement the training concepts into CBI case management? Development Goal: Improve confidence by simplifying the Case Management process to enhance critical thinking. Was this achieved?

  4. Final Project for Managers Intent To assist with and to better ensure full implementation of the training material with in CBI case management. Meeting with districts to view maps made and progress

  5. Final Project for Managers Style to Suit Exercise Divide officers Coach push/pull and be specific to color Identify a color wishing to enhance to improve communication.

  6. Final Project for Managers District Highlights: District 2 split entire district out in each category District 6 coaching to a green achieved high success District 3J access to colors in district are limited, so looked outside to help them increase experience and expertise with non-primary colors

  7. Final Project for Managers Critical Path Map for implementation of concepts and content of training Identify associated activities, consider dependencies and assign timelines Draw map that reflects activities, order and timeline

  8. Final Project for Managers District Highlights: District 1: CBI Officers will complete CPM s on cases and review as a group to ensure implementation District 3A very detailed timeline that lays out in detail each specific step District 4A: Facilitated groups prioritized based on flags and critical thinking of management

  9. Final Project for Managers District Highlights District 5 implementation of the Training Culture with help from Apollo Creed.

  10. Next Steps Common theme heard around sharing enthusiasm with CBR Yellow flag caution CBI was chosen to attend and training was specific to them and the level of intensity involved in their cases. Level is not the same for CBR
