Integrated Behavioral Health Initiative for PHN Practices
The Behavioral Health Initiative (BHI) aims to develop a comprehensive strategy to address mental and behavioral health needs in the PHN regional practice network. It offers training, education, and partnership opportunities for PHN members, including free webinars, office hours, and a yearlong Quality Improvement (QI) project for integrated behavioral health care improvement. The initiative seeks to enhance practices' integrated behavioral health infrastructure through expert-led sessions and consultation. Opportunities for PHN Members to Participate Training and Education: Online Webinars, Office Hours, & Provider Website Build Your Practice s Integrated Behavioral Health Infrastructure What: Free, virtual behavioral health webinars and office hours led by experts in child and adolescent psychiatry Who: Webinars are open to all! Office Hours are open to practices in PHN Value-Based Care Contracts When: Once monthly on a Wednesday, 12-1pm First webinar January 10, 2024 Save the date! What: Yearlong QI Project to improve your site s system of integrated behavioral health care, including free consultation with CNH and PHN integrated behavioral health experts Who: An initial pilot cohort of PHN sites who are participating in PHN Value-Based Care Contracts will be selected based on applications and availability When: January December 2024 Apply through January 5
