100 Microsite Project To counter the challenges in ABDM adoption, NHA guided the implementation of first Microsite in Mumbai. Encouraged by the positive impact, 100 Microsite project has been conceptualized Mission Steering Group Chaired by Hon ble HFM approved the project with Budget outlay- Rs.30 Crore Intended objectives of the project- -Targeted adoption efforts in private sector -Showcase end-to-end ABDM adoption -On-Ground response and feedback
What is a Microsite? A Microsite is a focused region comprising of all small-medium sized healthcare facilities such as clinics, hospitals, labs, pharmacies within that area, which may be on- boarded onto the ABDM ecosystem. Category A Microsite: Consists of at least 1000 Healthcare facilities Category B Microsite: Consists of 500 to 1000 Healthcare facilities Northeastern States Himalayan/Island States/UTs Remote areas/aspirational districts Any other reasons as appropriate to the States/UTs The Microsites would be implemented under the guidance of State Mission Directors. One State/UT can implement multiple Microsites. Operational Guidelines for activating Microsites have been released

Suggestive Selection Criteria* Microsite Development Partner Interface Agency Internet Connectivity / Penetration of smartphones Availability of healthcare professionals Digital literacy/awareness etc. Presence of an interfacing agency Support from local body/ corporation Accessibility via Road/Airport Indicative list of Development Partners is given by NHA Leverage existing agency already supporting the State/UT with implementation of government program e.g. PPSA in NTEP etc. The State/UT may onboard a development partner through an internal selection process Through an RFP/ RFE/ any other procurement process *Only Indicative criteria. It is entirely SMD s discretion which Microsite, Development Partner and Interface Agency to select

Salient Features of Operational Guidelines
Salient features of Operational Guidelines Primary responsibility to run a Microsite is with the States/UTs Complete flexibility for States/UTs for implementing the Microsite- -Selection of Microsite -Selection of Developmental Partners and Interface Agency All payments from NHA will be made directly to the SMD Office State shall disburse payment to the interface agency as per the financial component outlaid for each Phase. NHA/States/UTs will not be providing any financial support to the Development Partners supporting the states/UTs in implementation of Microsites,. State/UT may obtain a Bank Guarantee of 3% of the Microsite cost i.e. INR 84,000 for Category A Microsite and Rs. 42,000 for Category B Microsite from Interfacing Agencies.
