Roadshows what have we delivered Delivered Roadshows across South Lanarkshire, South Ayrshire, Highlands, Glasgow City, two Argyll and Bute, Edinburgh and East Dunbartonshire. Eight Roadshows, over 600 people, across six local authorities.
Workshops what have we delivered Delivered Workshops across East Dunbartonshire, Glasgow City, two Scotland wide, South Lanarkshire, Edinburgh, Moray and Falkirk. Eight Workshops, 65 people, across Scotland. Three online and five in-person.
Roadshows and Workshops what have we found People have little to no knowledge of the apps, services and resources. Yet they are still keen to learn more and try digital health and social care. Staff and volunteers find this information extremely useful as an add on to a service. In the process of doing six-month reviews with some of the workshops.
Roadshows and Workshops feedback Useful- better than just receiving a pile of leaflets or an email about the Apps, has made them more understandable & accessible & easier to promote. I definitely gained knowledge about new digital resources, which I can now include within our resources or recommend to service users within referrals.
Roadshows and Workshops reflections Working in partnership with the organisation is key. Find the hook e.g., what draws people to digital. Use plain and simple language and avoid jargon. Quality over quantity re content. Always gather feedback!
