Steps
1.
Brainstorm ideas on to individual Post-It notes per
normal brainstorming rules
2.
When complete, pick 2-3 people
3.
Have them SILENTLY group the Post-Its
4.
When movement has stopped – ask them to work
together to name the categories or grouping
5.
Describe to the rest of the team and discuss
