  1. June 2020 How to access and Complete Athena e-Learnings

  2. How to Access Athena e- Learning: To access Athena, open the blue box (Zen works application tray) on the bottom toolbar. Then double click on "Athena on Chrome Production".

  3. After you've logged into Athena, on the top toolbar click "Support". Then choose "Athenahealth Learning Portal". The next page will be the Athenahealth Learning portal page. Click inside the box that says: Click Here to Complete Your AthenaNet Training

  4. The transcript page below shows the new- hire courses assigned to you (front desk, provider, manager, clinical). The course name you are looking for is "athenaOne Onboarding | Provider | 2019 If you can't find the course you need, use the search engine below

  5. "Register" for each course (this may take a few seconds). Then click "open curriculum". Each module on the left (Intro, patient visit, etc.) has their own separate course. To hear/play each course, click the drop down & choose "launch".

  6. Please note: Not all modules require headphones. After each module, there will be a quiz and course evaluation (St. Peters practice id # is 15557).   7. Provider Curriculum: athenaOne Onboarding | Provider Below are the courses broke out individually incase you would like to search for a specific topic or review after completed.
