Club Goals Membership Growth At year end (June 30), a club should have at least 20 members OR A net growth of at least five new members. 4
10 Club Goals 1. Four Level 1 s 2. Two Level 2 s 3. Two more Level 2 s 4. Two Level 3 s 5. One Level 4 6. One Level 5 5
10 Club Goals 7. Four new members 8. Four more new members 9. Minimum of four club officers trained during each of two training periods 10. October or April renewal report and one club officer list submitted on time 6
Recognition Distinguished Club Goals* *At the end of the year (June 30) World Headquarters recognizes each club depending upon the number of goals a club has achieved and the number of members a club has. 7
The Club Success Plan The Plan: Lists the 10 goals Planning sheets so the club can meet the 10 goals. Allows a club to set additional goals. Identifies resources a club may use to help achieve goals. Has additional space to write in assignments, develop a timetable, and track accomplishments. 8
