The European Medical Association and the CDC utilize Proportional Reporting Ratio (PRR) to identify serious drug reactions in their vaccine surveillance systems. Different statistical methods are employed to generate Signal Detection Reports (SDRs), with PRR being a central tool. The PRR helps in identifying disproportionate reporting of adverse events, triggering further clinical review when necessary. Despite the use of PRR analysis, transparency in releasing results by authorities like the CDC has raised questions.   2. HOW DO WE DETECT SAFETY SIGNALS The European Medical Association uses Proportional Reporting Ratio to detect serious drug reactions in their Eudravigilance Data Analysis System

  3. QUOTE Different statistical methods to generate SDRs are in use. In the EudraVigilance Data Analysis System, the Proportional Reporting Ratio (PRR) has been implemented in the first release. Other methods will be considered for future implementation. CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION, (2021) "VACCINE ADVERSE EVENT REPORTING SYSTEM (VAERS) STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR COVID-19 (AS OF 29 JANUARY 2021) "CDC will perform Proportional Reporting Ratio (PRR) analysis [...], excluding laboratory results, to identify AEs that are disproportionately reported relative to other AEs. [...] To determine if results need further clinical review, consider if clinically important, unexpected findings, seriousness, specific syndrome or diagnosis rather than non-specific symptoms"

SO WHAT IS PROPORTIONAL REPORTING RATIO It detects when the proportion of reports with a symptom is higher than expected. 10000 reports for drug A Symptom S occurs 200 times 10000 reports for drug B Symptom S occurs 50 times The Proportional Reporting Ratio = 20/5 = 4 The CDC criteria for a safety signal is when PRR > 2

  7. SO DID THE CDC DETECT ANYTHING ? They claim to have carried out PRR analysis BUT They are not revealing the results DESPITE Several freedom of information requests by Senators

  8. SO I did the PRR analysis myself I am going to tell you what they should have told you.

  9. THE METHOD I used all the VAERS data from 1990 to 2023. I counted the frequency of each symptom for each vaccine I calculated the PRR of each symptom for each vaccine If the PRR for any symptom was > 2, then it was a safety signal. Simple.

  10. RESULTS Lets look at the symptom of Thrombosis Is the PRR > 2

  11. SAME SYMPTOM CONSISTENCY (SSC) This is where the same symptom occurs in different organs. This shows that the drug is having a consistent effect through out the body.

  12. OH, HERES SOME MORE This is what you call really, really consistent, across multiple organs. I should add that the higher the PRR the stronger the signal.

  13. There are 94 symptoms in VAERS that contain the word THROMBOSIS. COVID 19 has a high PRR (> 2) for 89 of them. No other vaccine (there are 100 different vaccines in VAERS) has a high PRR for more than 4 of them. Its like comparing a medicine with a weapon. DO OTHER VACCINES SHOW SIMILAR PRRS FOR THROMBOSIS No The medicine has a harmful side effect The weapon has a harmful main effect
