  3. Circular Letter: Circular letter identical letters sent out too many recipient.

  4. The date: The date is written as: Day month and year or Month day year. (Based on the format/style being used) Example: Month day year 17 January 2022 January 17, 2022 Circular Letter: Example: Month and year only January 2022 Date as postmark

  5. The Salutation All Customers Dear Sir/Madam Dear Parent/Guardian Circular Letter: The salutation You can also type dear and then leave a space for the name to be inserted There should be ten spaces between the date and salutation.

  6. The signature is represented in a type format Circular Letter: There is usually no reference

  7. The tear-off or cut-off slip should be filled and returned. Finish the cut-off slip 1 inch from the bottom of the page. There should be a double space (DS) before and after the line. The lines should go over into the margins (left and right) Separate the cut-off slip using unspaced hyphens lines. Where information is to be filled in on the documents the cut-off section is typed in double line spacing. Circular Letter:

Leave double line spacing between writing lines and triple line spacing for the signature.
