  4. Recap on Objectives The aims of the review are to; Review the overall staffing rota for the service which will help to support a more effective operation. We are planning to maintain all existing staff roles, terms and conditions and contracted hours. Better deploy the staffing hours to meet the needs of the service users Through negotiation and consultation we will maintain staff deployment to meet the needs of staff and to reflect the Councils policies in regard to staff welfare, whilst retaining the flexibility to deploy staff in relation to service users changing and assessed needs. The above will mean we can reduce the requirement for the payment of enhancements in relation to staff working after 10pm, reducing costs by 21,650. Serving the people of Cumbria

  5. Engagement so far Individuals have been meeting with Kirsteen to discuss the proposed rota s. All feedback received so far has been regarding the proposed rotas Reminder that the Trade Union s are available if you wish to have them present during your meeting.
