  4. HUD Technical Assistance Request Update HUD Technical Assistance Submission on behalf of the CAS Committee via Stephen Gruver on April 4, 2024. HUD has referred the technical assistance request to the Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) for review.

  5. Policies & Procedures Governance Board Update The potential for the recommendation to adopt the 2020 policies & procedures or prioritization. There will need to be some updating to the information but this could be an interim solution, pertaining to compliance.

Jenn Von Egidy Coordinated Entry Manager Manage the By Name List & Prioritization Recommendations 1) We believe Emergency Shelter and Street Outreach should be prioritized at access points where possible but as we see clients for Emergency Shelter and Street Outreach, self- referral should be accepted. 2) Back-end Prioritization By-Name List Front Door should be accepted. Those that do not want emergency shelter and street outreach should access at the front door.

  9. Next Steps: Potentially update the language of the 2020 CE Policies & Procedures Manual Recommend the updated manual to the Governance Board Governance Board approved the recommendations Governance Board brings the CE P+P to the membership for vote
