Clinical Supervision in Action presents a framework for professional conversations to promote reflective practice, widen perspectives, and consider options for change to enhance skills and responsibility in problem-solving within healthcare settings. The approach emphasizes the 7 Cs - Curiosity, Care, Contexts, Conversation, Challenge, Complexity, and Creativity. Rules for effective discussions include asking questions, avoiding assumptions, and refraining from giving advice. Small group activities involving supervisees, supervisors, and observers help facilitate learning and development while maintaining confidentiality.
