Agenda Item: Adopt 2022 CAAB Meeting Date/Time (action) Results of the Survey Monkey survey showed 2 dates where most current CAAB members are available to attend First Tuesdays at 8am (current meeting time) First Wednesdays at 9am All other times had more board members unavailable Majority votes were for 1 hour long meetings Meeting frequency was evenly split; recommend keeping bi- monthly status at this time 1/4/2022 Community Action Advisory Board 2
