Dominica 2021 CCSLC Results Analysis

The Ministry of Education in Dominica has released the CCSLC results for 2021, showing 672 school candidates with a notable increase in the number of students compared to the previous year. The exams were conducted online for the first time, with schools attempting exams in various subject areas. Key highlights include 100% pass rates in Digital Literacy and Mathematics for some schools, demonstrating improved performance in English and Mathematics across several institutions. Overall, 499 students achieved Mastery or Competent levels in the exams.

7. PERFORMANCE SUMMARY PERFORMANCE SUMMARY DCHS has maintained its 100% pass in CCSLC English. 7 out of 8 schools have shown an upward trend in performance in English. CBSS obtained 100% pass in Mathematics. 6 out of 8 schools have shown marked improvement in Mathematics. Outstanding performance came from PSS (49.2% to 89.2%) ITSS has shown outstanding performance in CCSLC English A and CCSLC Mathematics in 2021. 499 students (74.3%) have attained Mastery or Competent levels in the 2021 CCSLC exams.
