  3. Services for Students Students with a disability receive RSB services through the CS and VR Programs. Students have the opportunity to receive and participate in Pre-Employment Transition Services through these programs.

  4. Interviews An audition for the job Chance to learn more about the job and ask questions Different types of interviews

  5. What to do before an interview: Resume Cover Letter Practice answers and have examples ready Know where the interview is and who it is with

  6. What to do during the interview: Show up early Dress professionally Have good posture Use your tools Use good verbal and nonverbal communication

  7. Interview Questions: Situational Based Interviews Tell me about a time when Use the STAR method to answer these types of questions. S: Situation T: Task A: Action R: Result

  8. After the interview Write a thank you letter or send an email to the people you interviewed with to thank them for the time and opportunity. Follow up on any paperwork or next steps that need to be taken
