Terri COVID-19 You knew we had to discuss this People are looking for you to lead Its not the first catastrophe for research (even if it might be the worst) Understand even the best faculty are facing huge issues like on line teaching Your staff is under severe pressure and a lot you don t know about Watch for greater impact on some groups (female faculty, students) Opening is harder than closing Share what research your university is doing (not just drugs and vaccines!) Capitalize on opportunities for funding, but also serve (panels) Where will that PPE come from? If you are not active in CoR you ve missed making your life easier Story: WebEx Town Hall: terror becomes the nicest comments I ve ever gotten
