  2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY My Company will offer A-class Crispy Isaw, according to my observation, Crispy Isaw is not famous in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, there are a few vendors but I have heard they aren t selling Crispy Isaw at all, just the typical Isaw on a stick, we will take this opportunity to sell Crispy Isaw here on San Lorenzo, Laguna, the customers may choose from various shapes that we will be creating, this unique of style of shaping Isaw will have an advantage for those who the normal vendors of Crispy Isaw or Isaw on a stick. Our initial capitalization for the business is Php 830 and it will be good for 3 days, expected revenue for the 3 days is Php 1170.

PRODUCT PLAN BEV will offer a unique dish, which is the Crispy Fried Isaw for our Foundation Week, it will be hot and fresh, we might be cooking it on the spot, we the aroma attracting a lot of people for its crispyness The unique features of my product is shapes, we will be shaping the Crispy Fried Isaw for it to become unique to other crispy fried isaw. Ingredients: Chicken Intestine, Flour, Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Crispy Fry (It acts like a bread crumbs), Eggs, Vinegar (Optional), Canola Oil.

  7. PRODUCT PLAN Materials: Plastic Cups and Toothpicks Process: 1. Clean the intestines again by gently squeezing it with fingers to remove some remaining waste. Pass a running water through the intestine by using a small water hose. Or to be sure open the intestines with scissors and clean it with running water. 2. Then boil it by adding salt and pepper while boiling. Add vinegar then simmer until the intestines are tender (about 30 minutes). Drain and set aside to dry. 3. In a large mixing bowl, cut the isaw into desired length (approximately 3 inches) then skewer it.

Opportunities: To Increase our experience on selling and to use the selling strategies that we had learned, to gain more confidence facing people, to become better on sales talk. Threats: Other years selling their own products.

GOALS AND STRATEGIES Small-term goal: To successfully hit our goal on selling our product, hitting this goal can expand our business, attract a lot of people, hitting our target customers, popularize our product in our town. Long-term goal: Expand our business outside the school, and create other products not just one. Strategies: Do our best to sell our product, use different selling strategies to attract a lot of people and popularize our product, surveys will also help to understand our advantages and disadvantages.

Sales Strategy: - A person will be cooking, another one is in the stall, another one delivers the product to the stall.

PRICING POLICY Crispy Fried Isaw 6 Pesos per cup Our Goal Servings: 65 -70 Profit: For 65 Servings Php 390; For 70 Servings Php 420, We had range of 123 Php to 173 Php if we hit the goal 65 to 70 per day, the price will also vary since in this price, there are no shapes and letters yet, we haven t decided with the price with the shapes and letters yet.
